Job summary

foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a senior FP&A and performance governance professional in the Philippines SSC. You will architect and execute KPI governance, ensure data accuracy, and deliver advanced analytics to support strategic decisions and operational efficiency.

You will collaborate with finance systems and data analytics teams to develop dashboards, monitor SLA adherence, and drive value through continuous process improvements and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5-8 years in FP&A or performance management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Apps (GoogleSheets, GBQ), SQL or Python, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau).
• Analytical Mindset: Detail-oriented with focus on data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Performance Governance Framework for KPI and SLA across P2P, O2C, R2R.
• Ensure data integrity and performance visibility across ERP and BI tools.
• Deliver insightful reporting and dashboards to senior stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and quantify impact of automation.
