Who Gives A Crap is seeking a Digital Experience Lead to own the CX technology stack, roadmap automation and AI-powered workflows. You’ll partner with IT and Digital Product to land new tools and lead the growth of one direct report as the company scales internal processes for growth.

You’ll drive decisions on tool selections, consolidate overlapping systems, and push for practical AI-driven improvements across customer interactions.
