Job summary

TTEC Digital is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead development and delivery of the NICE CXone AI platform. You will implement Cognigy, Omilia, and Proactive AI features with hands-on coding and QA support.

Required are multi-year experience in CCaaS environments, strong Python/JS/C# skills, and a background in ML/NLP with modern tooling. A collaborative, fast-paced team environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or engineering preferred.
• 3+ years CCaaS/UC environments.
• 3+ years building ML/NLP systems, incl. Generative AI.
• 3+ years software development with JavaScript, Python, Java, C++, plus testing of real-time systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deliver NICE CXone AI software platform features.
• Code, review, and debug using CXone Studio, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript.
• Collaborate with team, attend meetings, and deliver on-time software.
