Job summary

Who Gives A Crap is seeking a Digital Experience Lead to own how our Customer Experience tech stack operates. You will set the roadmap for CX tools such as Zendesk, Sprout, Zapier and related platforms, and drive automation and AI-powered workflows that reduce manual work for the CX team.

You will collaborate closely with IT and Digital Product, and line-manage one direct report. The role supports scale-up efforts in a mission-driven company with a strong focus on social impact and global reach,
