Who Gives A Crap is seeking a Digital Experience Lead to own how our Customer Experience technology works. You will manage the CX tools stack, set the roadmap for automation and AI-powered workflows, and collaborate with IT and Digital Product to deploy and scale new tools.
You will lead and grow one direct report while driving efficiency across CX operations. You’ll lead decisions on what tools to consolidate, how to design taxonomies, and how to implement automation that reduces busywork for
Formación
- Leads a team and makes independent recommendations with clear reasoning.
- Experience with CX technology stacks and tool rationalization.
- Ability to design and implement automation and AI-powered workflows.
Responsabilidades
- Owns the CX tools stack roadmap (Zendesk, Zapier, Sprout, etc.) and decides what stays, goes, or is replaced.
- Leads build-out of automations and AI-powered workflows to reduce busywork for CX team.
- Partners with IT and Digital Product to land new tools and scaling processes.
- Mentors a direct report and guides cross-functional collaboration to unblock roadblocks.
