Who Gives A Crap is seeking an Analytics & Insights Lead to join our Customer Experience team and transform raw customer data into powerful, actionable insights. You will enable CX to access effective data for strategic decisions, driving both customer delight and business growth.

You will lead governance, data integrity, and reporting frameworks, coaching teammates and collaborating with stakeholders to align on a unified data-driven roadmap for scale and impact.
