You’ll manage the CX tools roadmap (Zendesk, Sprout, Zapier, and others) and decide what stays, what goes, and what gets replaced. It's a role built to optimize a fast-growing CX program.

You’ll drive automations and AI-powered workflows, partner with IT and Digital Product to land new tools, and grow one direct report as we scale internal processes to match growth.
