Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding in the Philippines (Pasay) seeks a detail-oriented operations coordinator to manage customs declarations, document checks, and coordination with vendors for timely shipments.

You will respond to queries, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with PEZA and CDZ processes, working with product teams and customers to resolve issues and maintain visibility.

Responsibilities

• Receives pre alerts and documents, checks accuracy and completeness for declaration and processing.
• Identifies type of entry.
• Monitors shipments from arrival to clearance and release.
• Updates vendors on processing status and releases.
• Provides clearance updates to product teams and customers, including reasons, status and corrective actions.
• Coordinates with trucking for suitable vehicle to be used.
• Ensures CDZ-related customer arrangements are carried out as agreed.
• Prepares payment requests and liquidations.
• Responds to emails related to CDZ.
• Maintains effective working relationships with stakeholders.
• Handles customer queries and coordinates with other departments for follow-up.
• Prepares and updates monitoring reports for daily releases of shipments.
• Shares monitoring reports with product/operators/OCS and CTG for visibility.
• Oversees and coordinates requirements for the company’s basic services with all departments.
• Monitors ICC uploads in CW1 edocs.
• Performs other tasks as directed by supervisor.
