Magellan Logistics is seeking a Customs Operations Specialist to support clearance activities, ensure accurate data entry, and maintain complete records. You will coordinate with internal teams, brokers, and overseas agents to promote timely processing.

The role focuses on efficient document management, mailbox handling, and proactive follow-ups using Expedient reports to confirm telex releases.

• Follow up on and complete all customs clearance documentation within required timeframes using the Expedient workflow.
• Accurately enter supplier invoice data into the Expedient system.
• Manage shared mailboxes and ensure that relevant items are uploaded to the Expedient system.
• Send telex release confirmations and follow up with overseas agents using Expedient reports.

I. Position Summary

The Customs Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting customs clearance operations by accurately entering data, maintaining complete documentation, monitoring shared mailboxes, and coordinating with internal teams, customs brokers, and overseas agents to ensure timely processing.
