Job summary

Lear Corporation is seeking a skilled Customs Compliance professional in the Philippines to oversee ECO submissions, ensure PEZA/BOC compliance, and coordinate with local and international teams.

The role emphasizes strong knowledge of FTAs, ECO systems, and RVC documentation, with an focus on process improvement and training for the export function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in customs compliance, preferably in a toll manufacturing or export-oriented environment.
• Strong knowledge of FTAs, PEZA regulations, and BOC procedures.
• Experience with ECO systems and RVC documentation.
• Excellent communication skills both in English and local language.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with PEZA, BOC, and international customs regulations.
• Review and validate documentation for ECO applications to prevent errors and ensure accuracy.

• Streamline Rules of Origin verification to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Liaise with local customs authorities and overseas customs teams.

• Review documentation records to ensure PEZA and FTA compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in customs operations to reduce risk and enhance efficiency.
