Job summary

Ionics EMS Inc. in Laguna, Philippines, is seeking a Traffic/PEZA Documentation professional to manage PEZA requests, prepare delivery receipts and customs forms, and generate PEZA documents via EZTS.

The role coordinates with forwarders and guards for cargo pickup and ensures LOA applications and renewals are compliant. The candidate should have 3–5 years in Traffic functions and possess training experience, with on-the-job training as part of development.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Traffic functions.
• On-the-job training is needed.

Responsibilities

• Receives PEZA request form from the requestor.
• Prepares and accomplishes all the necessary documents such as delivery receipt, PEZA and customs forms and other related documents needed for local transfer, local sales, etc.
• Generates PEZA documents through Electronic Zone Transfer System (EZTS).
• Coordinates with the forwarders/ company driver/ guards regarding the pick-up of cargo and provides the necessary documents once the goods are picked up from the plant/whse.
• Responsible for the application of PEZA Letter of Authority (LOA)
• Responsible for the monitoring and preparation of the liquidation ledger for the use of LOA for submission to the Zone Authority prior to LOA renewal.
• Prepares and processes PEZA required documents for local deliveries.
• Coordinates with warehouse on incoming local delivery schedule.
• Process payment and liquidate expenses incurred in the processing of exportation fees at PEZA, BOC, and other government agencies concerned if necessary.
