Customs Clerance Specialist (LCB)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree holder, preferably Licensed Customs Broker with a valid Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC) ID;
- With at least 5-Year experience in Logistics/Forwarding Industry - Familiar to the latest processes of Import, Repair and Return, and Export shipments (CIP/CIF/DAP/FOB) from origin until delivery to its final destination.
- With work experience in a Telecom/Electronic Industry/Bureau of Customs is an advantage.
- With extensive knowledge in HSCODE identification based on the latest Customs Modernization and Tariff Act (Tariff Administration Policy);
- Familiar with Online application of Permit to Import to National Telecommunication Commission (NTC) through National Single Window (NSW), Bureau of Product Standard (BPS), Optical Media Board (OMB), Strategic Trade Management Act (STMA) and Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, and customer service oriented.
- Competent, fast learner and hardworking professional with solid work ethics.
- Willing to work on extended hours / overtime / holiday / weekends.
- Must be amenable to working onsite in BGC, from Monday to Saturday
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with internal and external customers with strong service-oriented background.
- Regular field works to attend and facilitate activities such as delivery/submission of documents to all major clients, personal filing of application and follow-up to all related government agencies such as National Telecommunications Commission (NTC), Department of Finance (DOF), Optical Media Board (OMB), Bureau of Product Standards (BPS), Strategic Trade Management Office (STMO), Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB), and all offices of Bureau of Customs (BOC) nationwide.
- Provide status reports, recommends possible solutions.
- Maintain systematic documentation of all import and export transactions, billing and other related matters.
