• Coordinate with processors for lodgement and elevate delays/issues to the Account Officer or Operations Manager.
• Encode customs data into operations sheets and provide duty/tax estimates for client quotations.
• Maintain compliance with BOC regulations and ensure proper documentation for smooth clearance.
