Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the entire customs clearance process for all company shipments.
Lead, train, and mentor the clearance operations team.
Serve as the primary point of contact for liaising with the Bureau of Customs (BOC), brokers, and other government agencies (e.g., FDA, DA, LTO).
Resolve any customs-related issues, holds, or discrepancies promptly and effectively.
Ensure strict compliance with all import regulations, tariff codes, and customs procedures.
Review and approve all submitted import entries and documentation for accuracy.
Develop and implement efficient clearance workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Stay updated on changes in customs laws, regulations, and procedures.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in customs clearance and brokerage in the Philippines.
Must be a licensed Customs Broker (LCB) — this is a huge advantage.
