Job summary

FLS Group Philippines, Inc. is seeking a seasoned logistics professional to oversee end-to-end shipment coordination, from documentation to final delivery, ensuring clear communication with internal teams, clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.

You will lead brokerage operations to support timely lodgment, processing, and release of shipments through the Bureau of Customs (BOC), while contributing to business growth by strengthening customer relationships and pursuing development initiatives,

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in brokerage, customs, logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Licensed Customs Broker or equivalent education, training, and/or relevant professional experience in customs brokerage, logistics, or international trade.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Professional, adaptable, and customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in brokerage, customs, logistics, supply chain, or a related field (5+ years preferred).

• Licensed Customs Broker or equivalent education, training, and/or relevant professional experience in customs brokerage, logistics, or international trade.
