Job summary

Uc Bcf is seeking a friendly and energetic Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls and educate customers on products. You will build genuine connections, strive to resolve issues on the first call, and meet performance benchmarks in a fast-paced BPO environment.

On-site work is required at SM City Dasmarinas or Robinson's Place, with shifting night schedules available. Strong English communication and a High School graduate are the primary requirements, with BPO experience a
