Elite Business Solutions in Pampanga is seeking a customer service representative to handle inbound calls with energy and empathy. You will build connections with customers and teammates while striving to meet call center benchmarks.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong English, and flexibility for night shifts. On-site work is required at SM City Dasmarinas or Robinson's Place.

Formación

• High School / Senior High School graduate.
• Strong English communication skills.
• BPO experience is a plus (not required).
• Open to shifting schedules, including night shifts.
• Willing to work on-site in SM City Dasmarinas or Robinson's Place.
