Job summary

HTU is hiring a Customer Support Agent to handle inbound calls with energy and enthusiasm at on-site locations in Dasmariñas, Philippines. You will build genuine connections, meet performance benchmarks, and resolve customer issues on the first call.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong English communication, and flexibility for night shifts; BPO experience is a plus but not required. On-site work at SM City Dasmariñas/Robinson's Place is expected.

Qualifications

• High School / Senior High School graduate.
• Strong English communication skills.
• BPO experience is a plus (not required).
• Open to shifting schedules, including night shifts.
