3o-BPO Incorporated in Manila is seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in English to join our onsite team in San Andres Bukid. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records of interactions.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of BPO experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with retail, e-commerce, or B2B accounts. Salesforce knowledge is a plus and will be valued in daily operations.
