Qualifications

• Fluent spoken and written English with excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, video, and live chat within SLA.
• Deliver timely, accurate, and customer-focused assistance to BrightLocal customers.
• Collaborate with UK and Europe teams and maintain strong internal relationships.
• Resolve issues and guide customers through the BrightLocal platform.
• Suggest improvements to processes and contribute to support strategies.
• Maintain high CSAT scores and adhere to performance metrics.
