Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3–6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
• Reliable with strong attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced, high production environment.
• Demonstrate patience in all customer interactions; maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor.
• Able to work as part of a team or independently.
• Willing to rotate shifts as needed.
• Work location may vary by country/program per local laws.
