Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is hiring a Customer Success Officer in the Philippines to lead client payroll implementations and ensure accurate rule application in our SaaS HCMS.

The role requires 2+ years in SaaS customer success and software implementation, with strong Excel skills and willingness to travel for client meetings. You will coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience as Customer Success Officer in a Software as a Service Company.
• At least 2 years experience in software Implementation.
• Knowledge of updated DOLE rules.
• Advance MS Excel Skills.
• Willing to travel for business trips to meet clients.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Good communication and presentation skill.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the perfect implementation of all client payroll rules.
• Stay updated on DOLE rules and update the software accordingly.
• Run payroll for clients.
• Develop Excel backups for calculation.
• Automate payroll on the HCMS for all current clients.
• Handle existing and new client’s data migration.
• Ensure successful onboarding and implementation of our Human Capital Management Software (HCMS) for all clients.
• Work with internal teams and client contacts to resolve roadblocks.
• Define the project plan for each implementation and meet all timelines.
• Interact with clients including site visits for implementation and maintain rapport.
• Ensure timely resolution of client concerns post-implementation.
• Promote client loyalty and understand payroll rules for proper deployment in software.
• Highlight discrepancies in historical calculations and customize requests as needed.
• Cross-check automated payroll with Excel calculations.
• Provide ongoing client support.
