Formación

• Minimum 2 years as Customer Success Officer in a SaaS Company.
• Experience in software implementation for at least 2 years.
• Experience in payroll calculation for multiple clients for 2 years.
• Knowledge of updated DOLE rules.
• Willingness to travel for business trips.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end implementation of HCMS for new clients.
• Set up and automate payroll rules based on client requirements.
• Conduct regular check-ins and support post-implementation.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless implementation.
