Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking an experienced Customer Success Officer to lead payroll implementations for multiple clients. You will oversee onboarding, ensure accurate payroll calculations, and coordinate with clients across sites to resolve issues while maintaining strong relationships.

Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of DOLE rules are essential. Travel for client meetings is required, and you will guide teams through software deployments and post-implementation support to ensure

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as Customer Success Officer in a SaaS company.
• Led at least 5 Implementation Analysts.
• At least 2 years in software implementation and payroll calculation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure flawless onboarding and implementation of the HCMS for clients.
• Run payroll for multiple clients and stay updated on DOLE rules.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client-side stakeholders to resolve roadblocks.
• Define project plans for each implementation and monitor timelines.
• Interact with clients, including site visits, and maintain good rapport.
• Cross-check automated payroll with Excel calculations and develop backups.
• Provide ongoing client support and address post-implementation concerns.
• Highlight discrepancies and client customization requests to stakeholders.
• Promote client loyalty and ensure successful rule deployment in the software.
