Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as Customer Success Officer in a SaaS company.
• Experience leading at least 5 Implementation Analysts.
• At least 2 years in software implementation.
• At least 4 years payroll processing for multiple clients.
• Knowledge of updated DOLE rules and payroll regulations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and business trips.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of client payroll rules and system configurations.
• Stay updated on DOLE regulations and ensure payroll compliance.
• Process payroll accurately for multiple clients.
• Develop Excel-based payroll calculations and validation files.
• Configure and automate payroll processes within the HCMS platform.
• Handle client data migration for new and existing accounts.
• Lead client onboarding and software implementation projects.
• Develop implementation plans and ensure project timelines are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve implementation issues.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits as needed.
• Provide post-implementation support and resolve customer concerns.
• Build strong client relationships to promote customer satisfaction and retention.
• Validate payroll computations and identify discrepancies.
• Coordinate software customization requests when necessary.
• Provide ongoing technical and implementation support to clients.
