Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a Customer Success Officer to ensure flawless client payroll implementations and ongoing support across SaaS platforms.

You will lead implementation analysts, stay compliant with DOLE rules, and coordinate with clients to validate payroll rules and data migrations while maintaining strong relationships. Willingness to travel and advanced Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as Customer Success Officer in a SaaS company.
• Experience leading at least 5 Implementation Analysts.
• At least 2 years in software implementation.
• At least 2 years in payroll calculation for multiple clients.
• Knowledge of updated DOLE rules.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure perfect implementation of all client payroll rules.
• Stay updated on DOLE rules and update the software.
• Run payroll for clients.
• Migrate client data and onboard HCMS implementations.
• Coordinate with internal and client teams to resolve roadblocks.
• Define project plans and meet timelines for each implementation.
• Interact with clients, including site visits, to maintain rapport.
• Provide ongoing support and resolve post-implementation concerns.
