Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as Customer Success Officer in SaaS.
• Experience in leading at least 5 Implementation Analysts.
• 2+ years in software implementation.
• 2+ years in payroll calculation for multiple clients.
• Knowledge of updated DOLE rules.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Willing to travel for client meetings.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
