Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our onsite team at Harton Corporate Center, Baclaran Parañaque. You will respond to client inquiries via phone or email, assist with product and service questions, and help maintain high customer satisfaction in a shifting onsite schedule.

You will work with CRM tools, handle data entry, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment to support our clients while upholding company standards and quality service.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Business English proficiency required.
• Experience in customer support or related role with CRMs or similar tools.
• Able to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated stress tolerance and flexibility for varied hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client questions and inquiries via phone or email for support or products/services.
• Identify ways to improve customer experience and resolve issues within procedures.
• Perform transactional tasks including admin work and inbound/outbound calls.
• Enter data for new accounts, sites, and other requests.
• Meet customer satisfaction, efficiency, and issue resolution targets.
• Follow supervisor instructions for additional tasks and escalation as needed.
