Job summary

Datamatics CMS PH in Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines, is hiring a Customer Service Representative - Voice to handle calls, chats, and emails. You will address customer concerns with fast, clear responses and maintain high quality service.

This role requires at least 1 year CSR experience, preferably in retention with upsell/cross-sell background. Night shifts are permanent and onsite work is required. Salary ranges from ₱27,400 to ₱30,000 per month, with monthly incentives and Day 1 HMO.
