Job summary

VCC Link, Inc. is seeking an English-speaking Customer Service Representative – Voice to handle inbound inquiries and deliver friendly, professional support to customers via phone.

The role requires clear communication and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced, onsite environment in Ortigas, Pasig. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of inbound CS experience, preferably with e-commerce exposure, and is willing to work on a shifting schedule.
