Job summary

GDV BUSINESS SERVICES CO. is seeking motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our on-site team in Cebu City. No prior BPO experience is required; full training will be provided to help you build a career in customer support via phone, email, or chat.

You will handle inquiries, resolve concerns with empathy, log interactions, and work with the team to meet daily targets. Night shifts, weekends, and holidays may be required as part of the flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• At least a High School graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School graduate (K-12).
• Open to beginners and fresh graduates—no prior BPO experience required.
• Willing to work on-site and flexible with shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely information.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with empathy, patience, and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database.
• Collaborate with team members and leaders to meet daily service targets and performance goals.
• Adapt to flexible schedule changes and shift assignments as needed.
