Gratitude Inc. is seeking a multilingual Thai language specialist for an onsite role in Quezon City. The position requires fluency in Thai and English, with preference for those familiar with BPO basics.

Availability is ASAP, and the team supports inbound/outbound customer interactions across channels. You will work in a dynamic BPO environment with a focus on service quality and customer satisfaction, while using English for training and client systems.

Qualifications

• Thai language fluency required; English knowledge needed for training and systems.
• Open to candidates with or without BPO experience.
• Understanding of complex conversations, including implied meanings, is preferred.
• Must be able to work in the Philippines with a valid work visa; temporary resident visa accepted for non-Filipino applicants.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, email, or other channels.
• Provide customer support in English and Thai language.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, service requests, billing concerns, and product information.

Work setup: Onsite in Quezon City

Salary: 34,746 to 110, 027.33

20,000 Sign-on Bonus + Incentives

Job Qualifications:

• Open to candidates with or without BPO experience
• Speak fluently and spontaneously in the Thai language
• Use the language effectively in aprofessional environment
• Understand complex and extended conversations, including implied meanings
• Working knowledge of English is needed; training and client systems are in English
• The primary language for customer interaction remains the languages specified in the table
• Previous collections experience is highly preferred but not required
• Understanding of the Order-to-Cash (02C) process is highly preferred but not required
• Candidate must be able to work in PH and with a valid working VISA.
• Also accepts Temporary Resident Visa for non-Filipino applicants.
• Eligible to work in the Philippines and available to start ASAP
