Gratitude Philippines is seeking a Multilingual Language Specialist – Thai to provide customer support across phone, chat, and email channels. The role requires fluent Thai and working English, with training materials in English and systems in English.

Onsite in Quezon City, the position offers shifting/night schedules, a sign-on incentive, and a potential path to permanent status. Fresh graduates and candidates with or without BPO experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Fluent Thai language proficiency is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of English is required.
• Applicants with or without BPO experience can apply.
• Collections experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Order-to-Cash (O2C) knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
• Eligible to work in the Philippines with a valid working visa.
• Temporary Resident Visa accepted for non-Filipino applicants.
• Must work onsite in Quezon City and on shifting/night shifts.
• Available to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, email, and other channels.
• Provide customer support in Thai and English.
• Assist customers with account-related inquiries, service requests, billing, product information, and general support.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering a positive experience.
• Document interactions accurately in company systems.
