Metacom Careers is looking for associates to join our Telco Account in Makati, Philippines. You will provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Applicants should be High School Graduates and possess at least 6 months of call center experience. You must have strong communication skills and be willing to work on a shifting schedule.
