Job summary

MOL Logistics Philippines, Inc. is expanding its Seafreight team and seeks a Customer Service Representative for Export Shipments.

This role supports vessel monitoring, shipment tracking, and billing coordination to ensure timely and accurate export processes for clients. You will report to the Seafreight Supervisor and work with the Brokerage and Carrier teams to prepare documents, bills of lading, and forecasting reports.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in the same position from a Freight Forwarding Industry or its equivalent.
• 4-year college course
• Knowledge in computer operations
• With good moral character

Responsibilities

• Monitor vessel advisory and departure of vessels
• Update the shipment monitoring sheet
• Request billing from shipping lines and consolidators
• Prepare a request for payment
• Send vessel updates to clients
• Generate a draft Bill of Ladings

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Request billing from shipping lines and consolidators

• Send vessel updates to clients
