Job summary

San Miguel Integrated Logistics Services, Inc. is seeking a data-savvy logistics professional to monitor shipments, track delays, and support operational reporting. You will build Power BI dashboards and Excel reports, analyze shipping data, and propose cost-saving process improvements.

Ideal candidates have strong Excel and data analysis skills, shipping/logistics experience, and the ability to collaborate across IT, Finance, and Operations teams to drive accurate, timely insights.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
• Experience in shipping, freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain is preferred.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track shipments through shipping system and address delays.
• Support Coordinators with BRN updates, system concerns, and troubleshooting.
• Prepare operational reports, KPIs, RDD %, NOA Hit Rate, and other ad hoc reports.
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Analyze shipping data and recommend process and cost improvements.
• Support shipping system enhancements, automation, and data integrity.
• Assist in international shipping project scoping and implementation.
• Train users on shipping systems and coordinate with IT, Finance, Shipping Lines, and Freight Forwarders.
• Validate and monitor incidental charges with the Finance team.

• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Analyze shipping data and recommend process and cost improvements.
• Support shipping system enhancements, automation, and data integrity.
• Assist in international shipping project scoping and implementation.
• Train users on shipping systems and coordinate with IT, Finance, Shipping Lines, and Freight Forwarders.
