LOGISTICS COORDINATOR FOR SEAFREIGHT

Location: Paranaque City, Metro Manila

Position Summary

Ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of seafreight shipments for our clients by overseeing the end-to-end logistics process.

The role is responsible for maintaining efficient shipment operations, providing proactive solutions, and delivering a consistently high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor the status of seafreight shipments and proactively provide clients with timely updates.

2. Coordinate the pickup, tracking, and delivery of seafreight shipments for a diverse portfolio of clients.

3. Liaise with partner shipping lines, customs brokers, and other logistics service providers to ensure the efficient, compliant, and timely transport of goods.

4. Prepare, process in a timely manner and accurately maintain all required shipping and customs documentation.

5. Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, enhance operational efficiency, and implement process improvements.

6. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requirements promptly and building strong, long-term relationships with clients and business partners.

7. Maintain accurate and organized shipment records by filing all relevant documentation in the appropriate folders and within CW1.

What We’re Looking For

2. Strong understanding of seafreight shipping processes, customs regulations, and relevant documentation requirements.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, carriers, customs brokers, and other stakeholders.

4. Proficient in logistics management systems and Microsoft Office applications.

5. Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.

6. Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to identifying and resolving operational issues.
