Job summary

Galaxy Freight Pvt. Limited in the Philippines is seeking an Executive / Sr. Executive – Sea Export to handle pricing, documentation, operations and customer coordination for ocean shipments.

You will quote rates, coordinate with shipping lines, prepare export docs (MBL/HBL, Invoice, Packing List) and ensure timely shipment execution.

The role requires graduate with 2–8 years' experience, strong communication and attention to detail; full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 2–8 years experience in sea export operations.
• Familiar with MBL/HBL, invoices and packing lists.
• Strong documentation accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Quoting rates to customers.
• Negotiation with shippers, carriers, vendors, etc.
• Prepare and verify export documents (MBL/HBL, Invoice, Packing List, SI, BL).
• Coordinate with shipping lines for draft BL, corrections, and final BL release.
• Booking, vessel schedules, cut-offs, and cargo movement.
• Coordinate with internal & external teams.
• Ensure timely updates and smooth shipment execution.
