The position is full-time and onsite in Cebu, with graveyard shifts. Candidates with 1+ year BPO experience and a background in billing or financial accounts are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of BPO experience handling voice-based customer service accounts.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in billing or financial accounts is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are preferred.
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu during graveyard shifts.
• Available to start on November 16, 2026.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle international voice calls, providing high-quality support and resolving customer inquiries. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with professional communication, to effectively address complex client concerns across a global landscape.

QUALIFICATIONS

• College Level, College Undergraduate, or Bachelor's Degree holder.
• At least 1 year of BPO experience handling voice-based customer service accounts, or relevant experience in mortgage, property/home insurance, collections, payment processing, or the BFSI industry.
