100Hires, Inc. is seeking a sales-driven CSR for a US-based real estate client. The role is remote from the Philippines, involving 100–150 outbound calls daily, following the approved scripts, and engaging homebuyers to generate qualified leads.

You will qualify leads, discuss mortgage prequalification, document outcomes in the CRM, and hand off ready prospects to the sales team. This position offers base salary plus performance incentives in a fully remote setup with international exposure.

Qualifications

• Recent BPO experience, preferably outbound sales.
