100Hires, Inc. is seeking a sales-driven CSR for a US-based real estate client. The role is remote from the Philippines, involving 100–150 outbound calls daily, following the approved scripts, and engaging homebuyers to generate qualified leads.

You will qualify leads, discuss mortgage prequalification, document outcomes in the CRM, and hand off ready prospects to the sales team. This position offers base salary plus performance incentives in a fully remote setup with international exposure.

Qualificações

• Recent BPO experience, preferably outbound sales.
• Experience handling high-volume outbound campaigns (100–150 calls/day).
• Ability to follow verbatim scripts with 100% accuracy.
• Excellent spoken English (C1–C2) with clear pronunciation.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable meeting daily call quotas and using CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Make approximately 100–150 outbound calls per day to engage prospective customers.
• Follow the client's sales scripts verbatim, without paraphrasing or altering statements.
• Engage potential homebuyers professionally and confidently.
• Ask structured questions to understand needs, budget and readiness.
• Qualify leads and identify opportunities for further engagement.
• Discuss mortgage prequalification status and connect to lenders when appropriate.
• Document customer information and outcomes in the CRM.
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets, including CSAT.
