Qualifikationen

• At least College Level.
• 1–2 years of Customer Service experience in the BPO industry is an advantage (preferably from US Telco and/or Financial Services account).
• Excellent attention to detail; highly meticulous
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Articulate and persuasive communicator
• Basic computer navigation skills
• Confident presenter with the ability to deliver impactful messages clearly and professionally
• Comfortable speaking confidently, engaging audiences, and telling compelling stories
