We're hiring fordetail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representatives to join a fast-growing teamresponsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
• Provide product and service information to assist customers with their needs
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Must have completed at least 2nd year inCollege, SHS or a 2-year associate degree with or without BPO experience
• HS Graduates (old curriculum) are welcome provided you have at least 6 months ofinternational BPO experience or 1 year of local BPO experience
• Must be conversant in both spoken and written English
• Amenable to work fully on-site in Tagbilaran City, Bohol
• Amenable to work on shifting schedule
• Can start ASAP
