Job summary

Metacom Careers is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative (Banking and Finance) to work on-site in Pasay. You will provide exemplary service to clients, handle inquiries and transactions, and support account management and financial products.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of BPO experience in banking/finance, with strong communication and problem-solving skills and proficiency in customer service software.

Qualifications

• Educational qualifications include Senior High School diploma or Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 2 years of BPO experience handling Banking and Financial processes.
• Experience with Home Loan Servicing and Home Loan Application is a plus.
