Responsibilities include handling inbound inquiries, assisting with account concerns and service requests, maintaining records, and adhering to company policies and performance targets. Strong verbal communication is required.

Qualifications

• College graduates welcome to apply, even without prior BPO experience.
• Senior High School graduates and college undergraduates must meet the applicable experience requirements.
• High School graduates must have at least 6 months of international voice call center experience.
• Good to excellent verbal communication skills.
