Our Clients in Ortigas is urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives for a US Healthcare Account. You will assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information while upholding service standards.

Responsibilities include handling inbound inquiries, assisting with account concerns and service requests, maintaining records, and adhering to company policies and performance targets. Strong verbal communication is required.

Qualifications

• College graduates welcome to apply, even without prior BPO experience.
• Senior High School graduates and college undergraduates must meet the applicable experience requirements.
• High School graduates must have at least 6 months of international voice call center experience.
• Good to excellent verbal communication skills.
