Gratitude Philippines is hiring a Healthcare BPO Representative to handle inbound calls for a healthcare account. This onsite role in Pasay requires night shifts and a fixed weekends-off schedule, with an emphasis on accurate information and compassionate service.

You will document interactions, adhere to account procedures, and deliver high-quality customer care while working with an international voice team. Interview is virtual, and the compensation is up to ₱24,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years in college.
• At least 1 year of international voice BPO experience.
• Strong English communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work onsite.
• Willing to work on a night shift.
• Must be comfortable handling healthcare-related customer concerns.
