Job summary

Stark Asia Solutions Inc. in Ortigas, Pasig, is seeking a Healthcare Customer Care Specialist to handle inbound calls, assist with account and benefits inquiries, and deliver superior service.

This onsite role requires at least 6 months in a BPO with international accounts, basic computer skills, and good English. A shift-based schedule and strong professionalism are expected; a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent with at least 6 months BPO experience handling an international account.
• College graduate with or without work experience.
• Average to good English communication skills.
• Basic computer navigation skills.
• Amenable to work onsite and willing to work on a shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer service calls, overage, and account information.
• Assist customers with their concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Ensure every customer interaction is handled professionally and courteously.
• Accurately document customer concerns and resolutions.
