We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support the Contract Logistics team. You will be the operational link between clients, the sales team, and internal departments — handling inquiries, coordinating shipments, preparing documents, and ensuring that every client interaction reflects the company's commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, professional, and friendly customer service to all existing and prospective clients
• Ensure all agreed SOPs per client are strictly followed in coordination with the operations team
• Support the Sales team by handling lead inquiries, rate requests, bookings, and shipment status reporting
• Liaise with agents, FMG overseas branches, transport, and inter-department teams to resolve client requirements
• Prepare quotations, tender/bidding documents, and RFQ/RFI responses as requested
• Coordinate with the Transport Department for Air & Sea freight requirements (import & export)
• Prepare and submit billing/invoicing on time; ensure all supporting documents are accurate and complete
• Source competitive rates or costs as required by the Account Manager and/or client
• Prepare weekly summary billing and monitoring reports for submission to the Contract Logistics Manager
• Perform telemarketing on targeted accounts and set appointments for the Sales Team
• Monitor meter target quotas weekly as assigned by the Account Manager
• Assist in annual budget target-setting for the Contract Logistics division
