Job summary

Infinity Outsourcing Services in Mandaluyong is seeking a motivated, on-site, full-time Customer Service representative with no prior experience required. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; training is provided to help you get up to speed with our products and processes.

You will respond to customer inquiries, process orders, maintain records, coordinate with colleagues, and help guide a small team of junior agents to deliver outstanding service.
